If you are not satisfied with the cards you have purchased, you may return them for a full refund.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you need to return a card, e-mail me stating reason for return and I will tell you where to send the cards. Cards must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

CARDS WILL BE SHIPPED AS SOON AS I RECEIVE PAYMENT. In most instances, cards are shipped the following business day.

CHECKS MAY BE HELD UNTIL THEY CLEAR.

CARD AVAILABILITY - Due to limited supply and sudden demand for hot cards, a card listed on the newsletter may not be available by the time I receive your payment. In the event that a card is ordered by multiple people, it is my policy to ship the card to the first one who pays first and FULLY refund the other(s). Cards remain available for sale on my web site until I receive payment.

Purchasers of autographed cards have legitimate concerns about the authenticity of the autograph. Most of the autographed cards listed on my web site were pulled from packs and are certified by the card manufacturers who made the card. Occasionally, I do obtain hand-collected autographs from reputable dealers. I examine such cards carefully to determine to my satisfaction the authenticity of the signature. Hand Collected autographs are marked as such in the information column. I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, these hand collected autographs are authentic and I provide a 60 day guarantee to that effect. If during that time you have evidence or reasonable suspicion as to the authenticity of a hand collected autograph, you may return the card for full refund.
